August Mileage Challenge: Move Your Body!

I'm aiming for 75 miles this month. Will you join me?

A dear friend got me into this goal setting back in June, aiming for 50 miles of walking for the month. July’s goal was 60 miles, with some jogging added in. Keeping a running calendar kept me motivated and committed to getting it done.

I’ve created a calendar to track our daily mileage. Walk, jog or run* as often as you can, and record it. (*For those with physical limitations, who may not be able to walk, please message me for other ideas to stay active!) This challenge is not only a great incentive to keep your body moving every day and hold yourself accountable, but you may wind up with some new, healthy habits!
