Controlling Cravings 

A food craving is an intense desire for a specific food. This desire can seem uncontrollable, and you may not be satisfied until you get that particular food. Researchers have discovered a connection between cravings and nutrients. This is the idea that the body craves certain foods because it lacks certain nutrients.

So how do we battle cravings? 

A good first step is to try one of the substitutions in the chart. If your body is truly in need of a particular nutrient that’s driving the craving, these foods may help.
